AS Writes: "I sent in a prayer request two days ago for our CEO of our Credit Union to receive peace and satisfaction for our new conversion that's currently taking place. When I walked into work this morning I heard him say with great expectation in his voice that we may be ok. That was a totally different spirit from before I asked for prayer. Thank you so much:-)"

AD Writes: "I wish to share the great thing the Lord has done in my life.
My husband, Alex, is having his own truck which he ply on National Permit. Few days back he brought material from one city to be delivered in another part of the country. In hiw way back home, his truck met with an accident due to which the material was held-up and could not be delivered to the party on account of the legal formalities to be completed for the accident he met ( of course there was not fault of his and the man dashed his truck's rear wheel ).
After completing all the formalities, he come to our native place and wanted to deliver the material in his truck but some how or the other one problem of the other cropped-up and the delay in delivering the material to the party started taking place and it was nearly 12 days that the material could not be delivered.
Transporters asked us to pay an amount of Rs.8000.00 to 10000.00 to empty the material. We had only Rs.5000.00 with us.
Both me and my husband were in panic on account of the above as we would have to pay the demurrage on account of the delay and our financial condition is very very weak and could not bear the financial burden upon us.
We were very very upset, Each day we prayed to the Lord and would get up in the morning with a hope that the material would be delivered but Satan played a great role in bringing hinderances in our way to prevent the material to be delivered.
Many of the Lay-people prayed for us and we kept on praying to the Lord.
Yesterday, the Lord had pity upon us.
My husband, with great faith upon the Lord, spoke to the broker who gave us the material to be delivered and lo, the Lord wiped away our tears and where people were asking for Rs.8000.00 or Rs.10000.00 for delivering the material, The broker was ready to deliver the material to the party for only Rs.3000.00
What a great miracle the compassionate Lord showed towards us.
He proved true to his words : " I WILL NEVER LEAVE U NOR FORSAKE " , I AM A PRAYER-ANSWERING GOD".
I give all glory and praise to the Lord who heard our prayers and brought us out of the no-hope situation.

I call you "Dear Friend" because you have been such an important part of my life for so very long. I have been teaching at our Ministry Training School this past week on prayer. I shared with them the joy of finding your very first book and how excited I was when I accompanied my husband on a trip to Atlanta. The plan was for me to have time alone to pray while he attended a conference. I had my "Prayers That Avail Much" with me. When I walked to the elevator I saw the sign for Word Ministries Prayers That Avail Much Conference. We knew it was a divine appointment. Vicki Jamison was there ministering words of knowledge through song. The exciting part in seeing her there was that while we were on our honeymoon years before, we went to one of Vicki's meeting in Los Angeles. I always encourage the students to purchase your books and take them with them where ever they go. My sister-in-law recently emailed to tell me how she pulled out her trusty Prayers That Avail Much when she was facing a very emotional situation. Your books are like old friends!
I enjoyed reading your journal. Your comment about hearing someone say that writing is like praying caught my attention. When I first got saved my heart was so strong for missionaries. I used to sit and write out prayers for them, just like in the books. This was in the mid 1970's. Sometimes I would write 40 letters a week.
I am so thankful for your ministry. You have blessed my life for almost 20 years now. You helped grow the seed for prayer within me.
My prayer for you is that you will be blessed beyond measure.

MAY HUSBAND AND I USED TO PRAY DAILY DURING HIS EXAMS THAT HE SHOULD SIT AND WRITE HIS PAPERS. TODAY HE STOOD 19TH IN CLASS AMONGST 60 CHILDREN OF HIS CLASS WITH 71%. AS FAR AS ALLAN IS CONCERNED WE ARE FULL OF GRATITUDE THAT THE LORD HAS HELPED HIM TO WRITE HIS EXAMS AND WHERE NORMAL CHILDREN, WHO COULD READ, WRITE AND SPEAK NORMALLY ARE MUCH BEHIND HIM IN EXAMS. OUR HEARTS ARE FULL OF GRATITUTDE TOWARDS THE COMPASSION SHOWED BY THE GOOD LORD UPON ALLAN AND HELPED HIM TO WRITE EXAMS AND PASS OUT WITH 71%. His bleeding has subsided significantly- praise God! and his blood counts have risen a little bit. The Dr. has a wait and see approach. I am believing that he will not have to be on the medication for long - it is very toxic. I am also praying that my husband will seek true Divine Health, letting go of the attitudes and emotions that ensnare him. His eyes will be opened if we continue to pray, saints!"
